Native to Charleston, SC, Diamond joined Work Light Productions full-time in 2025. She originally entered the company as an electrician, touring on productions such as Jesus Christ Superstar, Sailor Moon, and Ain’t Too Proud. After spending some time as an independent lighting designer and becoming a mom, Diamond returned to WLP as an Assistant Production Manager.

Diamond studied at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre with a concentration in Design and Technology. She is passionate about expanding access to the arts and hopes to bring theatre and creative opportunities to lower-income communities. Above all, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and perusing through art museums.
